To mark Mental Health Week (May 6-12), HPaWS is offering a session on Mood Disorders. Learn some strategies for controlling your own mood and tips for supporting others experiencing difficulties. You may also wish to take in the presentation on Tai Chi to gain insight on how this physical activity can assist in maintaining good mental health and fitness.
