Closing Out Summer- Health, Exercise, Fitness, Workout, Personal ...

Things are winding down in Ocean City and it is what it is. You know that things will change, and we will be changing our schedule to best meet the needs of the most. I wish we could find a way to offer everything for everyone but we can not. We often here ?oh it?s August so?? and ?oh once school is settled?? If you write off entire months of working out and eating you will never get the results you desire. Here are the months people look at..September, December, January, May and part of June. Take all of the ?Holidays? off and how much of your year is that? Make a commitment and set some goals and lets have this year be your best year.
